أ: Our shelves or racks are easy installation. Most of them are without any screw or nut. We can provide detailed install instruction or install videos for your reference. If you fail, we will teach you through video connection.

أ： نعم, we accept customized products and customized packaging. Our design team will make CAD layout or 3D effective drawing to meet your needs and expections.

س5: What is the material of your products?
أ： Our products are mainly made of metal and wood, but we also produce accessory shelves or displays with titanium alloy, acrylic, glass, إلخ.

Q7: What’s your delivery time?
أ： In general, our delivery time is within 15 days base on the MOQ.
It will be negotiated based on the order quantity and shelving designs.

Q8: What is your payment term?
أ: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance will be paid before delivery.

Q10: What is the manner of packing?

أ: Generally, shelves are flat packed by air bubble film/ film in standard export cartons. Other packing like wooden box are available to clients’s requirement.
